Hands-on testing experience (preparing test plans, writing test cases etc.) is essential. Skills and experience in Finance / CRM vertical domains is a plus Exposure to Industry Standard test tools – functional, load / stress, performance – is a MUST. (Load Runner, Win Runner, Test Director, Silk Test, Silk Performer, Rational Test tools). Exposure to CMM / ISO Software Engineering Processes is a plus. Skills and experience in Finance / CRM vertical domains is a plus.
