AztechSoft Needs:- Senior Developer :- Location:- Chennai/Bangalore/ Mumbai / Hyderabad Design, Coding, Unit Testing of modules Estimation of module, scheduling of tasks, work breakdown, Progress Monitoring of team members High Level design on need-basis Owns low-level design for his/her module. Owns code for his/her own module and review of modules developed by people working with him. Owns unit-testing, support for integration testing of his/her modules. Process compliance as per quality standards lead a team as and when presented with an opportunity, volunteer to mentor them Training - Contribute to preparing material, presentation in the area of expertise. Customer Interaction On need-basis. Review design, code reviews, requirements, his/her own (or for people associated) schedules, work-breakdown, etc Provide inputs to the manager on the people working with him/her. Recruitment - Interviewing on need-basis and for appropriate posts. Team Building - Apart from working as an effective team member, through his own actions work towards maintaining good team spirit. Retention - Proactively provide inputs to the management incase of any discontent within the team. Contribution to IP - Newer ideas, suggestions, feedback. May implement IPs as part of project development. Provide inputs towards process improvement. Technical Pre-requisites: 3 plus years hands-on experience Java, J2EE, JDBC, LDAP, JSP, Servelets, Web sphere C, C++, Unix and Linux C#, ASP.net, ADO.net Knowledge of internet architecture, client / server architecture and distributed computing environments Exposure to Database Concepts and Technologies Any exposure to CMM / ISO Software Engineering Processes is a plus For the above requirements, the experience level is in the range of 3 - 7 years. careers@aztecsoft.com Previous      Next
